IMPORTANT: Before you place an order please be sure to double-check that your shipping address is correct. Once the order has been shipped it can be extremely difficult to reroute, so make sure to contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your shipping information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Once your order has been placed there will be a fulfillment process that varies in time depending on the type of product purchased and the size of the order.

Fulfillment for non-apparel items take an average of 2-5 business days.

Fulfillment for apparel items take an average of 2-7 business days. 

Once fulfillment is complete and your order has been shipped, there is an estimated delivery time that can vary based on your region. 

Here are the estimated delivery times based on our flat rate shipping: 

North America: 1-2 weeks 

Europe:  2-3 weeks

International: 2-4 weeks 

DO ALL OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIP TOGETHER?

In order to provide our customers with the highest quality products, we have partnered with a third party company that works with fulfillment centers in different parts of the world. This is why some products may ship separately and arrive at different times. 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES FOR MY ORDER? 

Custom fees vary and are based on international shipping plus the value of your purchase.

Each country has their own fees and it is out of our control on whether they will be applied to your purchase. We also do our best to make sure that the product you purchased comes from a fulfillment center in your region so as to avoid these additional costs. 

MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before contacting us make sure you've done the following: 

♥ Check your email confirmation to ensure that the mailing address you provided is correct. 

♥ Review your tracking information for any updates on whether your package has been deemed delivered. If it has been delivered but you haven't received it, try contacting the mail provider.
