WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Customers have 14 days to contact us in order to request a return for either an exchange or full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unused.
Please note: Not all orders qualify for a return/exchange so read on for further details.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM(S) IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT?
If item(s) in your order appear to be defective or you've received the wrong product please contact us immediately so we can quickly rectify the situation.
Please be aware that you will need to provide us with photographic proof.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
In order to prevent customers from purchasing the wrong size we have provided a size chart and photos showcasing our products being worn.
However, we do understand it's not always easy to know what your size is, especially when you can't try it on in person.
So if you do happen to purchase the wrong size, please contact us immediately and we will issue an exchange as long as the product is in the same condition it was when you received it.
Please be aware that you will need to provide us with photographic proof.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?
Refunds can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank and or credit card company.
